Movement
We build how a player moves before we build what he runs. Footwork, posture, balance, efficiency.

Decisions
Players learn to read the floor faster than the defence can react. Spacing, reads, tempo.

Practice
Tuesday and Thursday
6:00 to 8:00 pm, doors at 5:55. Green Valley Ranch. Every session is built on the same seven blocks, so a player always knows what the night looks like.
